Ca Hard Money Now has been around for almost 9 years now. We have been featured on Jack Warren’s radio show called “San Diego’s Finest.” Our two loan originators both have state DRE licenses and National Mortgage Licenses called NMLS. ‘
We started out originally originating residential hard money loans or also known as private money. We now do commercial loans and, 2nd mortgages to go along with our normal first mortgage loans. We really try to give the borrower a fair rate and give the investor a good return on his or her money.
We have a history of being diligent on our analysis of each property but slightly aggressive on who we give loans to. We have given loans to foreign national and people with low credit. We have also given loans to people with high income and good credit who use us for speed and efficiency.
Our loans have been given to help people out of foreclosure situations, short-sale deadlines, probate situations, construction rehabs which have run out of money, and just regular everyday people trying to buy a house. No matter what the reason someone uses a hard money lender, we can most often times accommodate the borrower.
We are also members of the San Diego Creative Investors Association and loan all over Southern California and it some cases, northern California.

Ca Hard Money Now has provided California investors and borrowers with hard money loans for a combined 15 years. We do this all with minimal documentation and high speed closings. Since we do not service our loans, all of the interest goes to our investors. We don’t charge one interest rate to the borrower and then give you, the hard money loan investor, a lower amount. You would have to work out the details with us in advance so once we can get you approved; you can use that same letter of intent for multiple offers on properties.

Get approved for private money loan process
Our approval process is fairly quick and easy. If you are doing a refinance on your current investment property, you have to have at least 30% equity in the property for us to consider giving you a private money loan.
For a purchase private money loan, you usually need at least 25 to 30% down payment. Once you provide that, we will then ask you to fill out a simple residential loan form. That takes about 20 minutes. On the loan form, it asks you things about your income and basically gives us a snapshot of where you are at financially. The loan form is also a stated income form so we do not call your employer and verify to see how much money you make.
We will also do a credit check but really and truthfully, we gives hard money loans to people who have 750 credit and also people who have credit in the 400’s. The loan is based on the equity in the property and the collateral is the property itself. Many people are surprised when they hear that they qualify for a private money loan. Hard Money Lending and Trust deed investing
All over the country, people are taking advantage of hard money lending for real estate. There are numerous reasons for doing this. Getting the deal done quickly is one big reason. Another of the many reasons is we don’t care what your credit is. It’s an equity based loan and the credit and the income is not as important.
