Sometimes a San Diego realtor and or San Diego lender will bring me a deal after their client fails to quality for the usual FHA, VA or conventional loan. I just closed a private money loan on a house in south San Diego county, Chula Vista. The buyer came in with a sufficient down payment and we did it within 7 days. The borrower happened to be a San Diego realtor.
